Development of Cancer Tissue Lines

We were able to markedly increase the engraftment rate of tumors by using the subrenal capsule graft site in NOD-SCID mice (>95%), which allows high tissue perfusion and potentially rapid development of graft microvasculature. This leads to highly improved success rate of establishment of transplantable tumor tissue lines, as shown in the table below.
